50.5 Things to Enjoy in Oklahoma
My friend Adrian Martinez has this thing with numbers, he makes lists on his blog using the number “5.” I thought that was pretty weak personally, at least pick a double digit number! So in honor of Oklahoma’s 101st birthday, here’s a list of 50.5 wonders (1 for every 2 years for all you math buffs out there):
1. Sonic: established in Shawnee, Oklahoma
2. Sunsets: no smog=beauty
3. People that look at you as you walk pass them: think about doing this West Coast
4. The Musical: Name another state with a more amazing musical!
5. Norman, Oklahoma: my birthplace
6. Bar B Q: I know there are other states that have it, but it is the perfect blend of styles
