2. Being able to practice your sarcasm on human beings—-it is like a lab to try out anything witty or sarcastic, and occasionally the students inspire new bits of sarcasm that you may not have ever come up with on your own

3. Seeing students stress out about things, all the while you knowing that they are stressing for no reason. This happens every now and then…but always a joy to just mess with their minds

4. Extended Breaks—We have the ultimate in breaks (summer, christmas, fall, spring, MLK, Easter, Arbor Day, Fall Family Festival Day (Previously Known As Halloween) 

5. Finals Week—-This is going on right now. You make an exam, give it to them, grade them as fast as possible, and you don’t have to see the students but for half a day. It is the best…

At some point in the future I will explain why being a teacher is miserable…but giving major exams is a blast…they study, you grade…amazing!
